Portable Equipment

This Cooley Equipment layout has equipment that is capable of handling the highest production levels in its class. The Plant features a 3055 Jaw Crusher, 57" x 20' VGF feeder with 6' of grizzly bars, FlSmidth Raptor 400 Cone Crusher, 8 x 20 TD Vibrating Screen and a Self Cleaning Magnet. We have lined all the chutes with Linatex rubber for noise and wear protection along with adding Belt Cleaners for a clean plant. The NESCO Dust Control system has foggers at the loading hopper, spray nozzles at all transfer points, and above and below the crushers for a dust free environment. This plant can be setup in less then one day. The Jaw Crusher, Feeder and hopper can be moved on the road by simply removing the slide out under conveyor to make strict weight limits. The Screen plant, Cone plant, Magnet Conveyor and Radial stackers are all moved individually without the need for breakdown. A hydraulic raising and lowering option is available for all chassis.
